Text materials published on free-access RIA Novosti websites in the above-listed languages may be reproduced by broadcast and print media outlets for non-commercial purposes only and must clearly credit RIA Novosti as the source. Said text materials may also be published by online media outlets, likewise for non-commercial purposes only, with a minimum delay of 10 minutes from the time of publication on the RIA Novosti websites, clearly crediting RIA Novosti as the source and providing a hyperlink to the RIA Novosti original. No additional written permission from the agency is required, except where explicitly stated.

If you plan to use more than ten materials per month from RIA Novosti, you are required to enter into an agreement for the use of information from RIA Novosti’ news sites on a reimbursable basis. Nota bene: When separate terms governing the reproduction and use of materials from the English-language military-news rubric (www.en.ria.ru/military_news/) become available, they shall supersede these terms as pertains to that category of materials.
 
RSS free-access materials published on the agency's site can be reproduced on the Internet (including via online media) crediting RIA Novosti and providing a hyperlink to the RIA Novosti original (please go to www.en.ria.ru/export/rss2/index.xml) without additional limitations, except where explicitly stated. The agency's written permission is not required when these conditions are met. Other uses of the agency's materials published on the free-access website are possible only with RIA Novosti's written permission.
 
All audio, video, photo and graphic documents published on the free and limited-access versions of RIA Novosti sites are the intellectual property of the Group, as well as that of any authors or other copyright holders who gave permission to the Group to use them. Any reproduction, distribution, remake or other use of audio, video, photo and graphic materials requires the written permission of the RIA Novosti or relevant copyright holder.
