I seem to recall a lot of bitching about Twilight Princess not getting an official OST release.

I guess it did get something. Has anyone else seen this? Does anyone have it? Is it worth getting?

It's a 7 song soundtrack promotional thing, and pretty terrible.

Regrettably, it's the only official release that Nintendo made, and probably only ever will. And that is unfortunate, because this game practically BEGS a full official OST release. Oh well, at least there are some fans who commissioned themselves to make one.

That is s regrettable. From looking at it, it looks like a whole lot went into it. Why does Nintendo have to be so lazy?

Maybe they were busy re-porting Super Mario Bros. 3 for the fortieth time. Or were putting their efforts into the Everybody Votes Channel. *headdesk*

I pick up one last year at Target. They're going nuts over at Yahoo Japan Auctions. I then took a picture of the promo shelf of them all. Shiny!

I remember seeing your work on not only Twilight Princess, but also Paper Mario TYD, and also Metroid Prime 2 and 3. Excellent stuff.
But as far as this goes . . .
So that little sword and shield thing. They can commission f---ing Master Replicas to make those for the soundtracks, but can't be arsed to put some money into making it a worthwhile release? Only seven tracks plus a glorified letter opener. The mind boggles.

I don't know about you, but I'm looking forward to the twelve-track Super Smash Bros. Brawl OST.

I got the TP CD along with a replica Master Sword and Hyrule Shield. 'Tis the coolest thing in my house!
The Replicas, that is. The CD is pretty "meh"!
