Sponsorship

The Linux Foundation is in the unique position to provide a neutral environment at all of our conferences and summits. It allows us to focus on strengthening the Linux platform and increasing the visibility and use of Linux around the world while highlighting the efforts of companies like yours who are an integral part of the Linux community.

We know that there are a number of Linux events that you are asked to sponsor each year and we want you to know why sponsoring Linux Foundation events will ensure you the most mindshare and ROI.

  • Since the Linux Foundation is a non-profit, revenue neutral organization, all sponsorship dollars raised for our events goes directly into the event and community support.
  • The Linux Foundation's main goal is to further the growth of the Linux platform. Our event and marketing activities are one of the ways in which we do this. Additionally we use our marketing reach to support other companies that assist in the growth of the Linux platform, including our event sponsors. As a member sponsor, you can interact with and learn from such groups as the End User Council, the Technical Advisory Board and more.
  • The Linux Foundation marketing reach ensures we can bring your company maximum mindshare for your sponsorship. PR benefits include: working with the Linux Foundation on press announcements; access to conference/summit attendees; ability to meet with press at events; exposure on the Linux Foundation website as an event sponsor; and much more.... Please inquire for more specific information.
