Enterprise End User Summit | Attendee FAQ

1. How do I register to attend?
This is an invitation-only event but we encourage everyone to request an invitation to attend. Please request an invitation and we will process it within 10 business days to let you know if your request has been accepted.

2. What is the registration fee?
There is no registration fee to attend this event, however, there is a $100 no-show fee. Your credit card information will be taken during the registration process, but your card will only be charged if you are a no-show to the event and do not let us know beforehand that you will not be attending.

3. Is there a registration deadline?
There is not a registration deadline, but the summit is limited on the number of people that can attend, so if you are interested in attending, we encourage you to request an invitation as early as possible.

4. What if I need to cancel; can someone else attend in my place?
If you need to cancel, and would like to substitute someone else in your place, please contact us at events (at) linuxfoundation dot org for approval.

5. Where is the event located?
The event is located at the New York Stock Exchange in New York City.

6. Where should I stay?
We have a room block at the W New York Downtown. Please visit the Hotel & Travel page for reservation information.

7. Are meals included?
Breakfast, Coffee Breaks and Lunch are included on all conference days. There will also be an evening reception on Monday, April 30th on the NYSE Trading Floor.

8. I am interested in sponsoring the event, who should I contact?

9. May I bring guests?
Many participants will be traveling from afar and may want to travel with companions not attending the event. Please note that since the event is for registered attendees only, guests, family and children are not allowed at any conference sessions or any special events.

10. When do you recommend I arrive and depart?
When booking your flights, you should plan to arrive on Sunday, April 29th as sessions start Monday, April 30th at 9:30am. The conference will end by 5:30pm on Tuesday, May 1st, so you should plan to depart any time after that.

11. Where do I book my hotel accommodations?
Please go to the Travel & Hotel tab at the top of the event website to book your hotel room.

12. What can I expect in terms of the weather in New York City and how should I plan for attire?
April and May are beautiful months to be outside in New York City, with average temperatures from the mid 40's - low 70's. Rainy weather can occur, so be sure to pack an umbrella. For up to date information on current weather near the NYSE, check out The Weather Channel website. The attire for the event is business casual. Plan to dress in layers, to ensure you are warm or cool enough for the weather/meeting rooms.

13. What can I expect in terms of the evening events?
We will be holding an evening reception for attendees on the night of Monday, April 30th on the NYSE Trading Floor. LIbations and hor d'oeuvres will be served, and all attendees will have the opportunity to take photos on the Closing Bell Platform.
