HTML5 Technology - Past, Present and Future

This presentation will cover internet trends of 2011 basic introduction of HTML5, history, current state, its capabilities, pitfalls, future and its possible applications for automotive industry. To overcome fragmentation issues in IVI systems, I believe HTML5 is an attractive answer to build an ecosystem with openness and leverage with existing infrastructure in mind. The presentation is aimed for general public interested in web. HTML5 heralds some exciting new features and the potential for sparking a web programming paradigm shift, and as everyone who has read the tech press knows, there is nothing like HTML5 for fixing the internet.
