Passing thru companies like Techint (A leading global manufacturer and supplier of steel tubes) and Sony as a Linux Senior Sysadmin, Alejandro is now managing critical infrastructure tasks on Mercadolibre that goes from Administering the Storage solution, Investigate cutting edge technology to constantly implement to orchestrate the Openstack private cloud, to make sure the high availability and performance of the platform. Leandro ReoxLeandro has been on IT for over 7 years, formerly networking and security expert, his love for Opensource, Debian and python turned into an IT Infrastructure role over his last years, learned to love stateless over statefull, autoscaling and automating automation. Passing thru companies like IBM, Global Crossing, FirstData and AT&T as a Senior Networking and Security Engineer and Unix/Linux Senior Sysadmin, just 25 years old, Leandro is now managing Mercadolibre Infrastructure, that goes from writing custom APIs to manage our Openstack IaaS, administering the storage solution, to constantly research cutting edge technology to improve performance and guarantee our hybrid cloud availability. |
