Conference Venue

The Linux Foundation End User Summit is being held at the New York Stock Exchange which in Lower Manhattan, New York City. Please use the entrance at 2 Broad Street, proceeding to the white security tent at the entrance.

Security

Please note that you will be required to pass through security to enter the New York Stock Exchange. You MUST bring a valid picture id in order to enter. Please allow an additional 10 minutes for security procedures if you are planning to arrive between 8:00am-10:00am. Should you anticipate arriving after 10:00am, please anticipate a security wait time of up to 25 minutes.

Parking

Parking is available at The Battery Parking Garage, located at 70 Greenwich Street (b/w Rector & Edgar St.) and offers rates of $16/hour, $19 for 2 hours, and $28 for up to 12 hours. Wall Street Parking, located at 45 Wall Street (Entrance on Exchange Place) offers a discounted rate of $25 if you arrive before 10am and leave by 7pm. Regular rates are $26/hour, $30 for 2 hours, $38 for up to 12 hours, and $43 for up to 24 hours. View other nearby parking garages.

Air and Ground Transportation

LaGuardia (LGA) and John F. Kennedy International (JFK) airports are the 2 major airports located closest to the NYSE. Both are about a 45-60 minute taxi ride, depending on traffic. Cab costs from LGA will be around $25USD plus a $5 toll, and from JFK will be around $45USD plus a $5 toll. For more information on taking public transporation to/from LGA and JFK, please visit the MTA site.

Newark International Airport (EWR) is another option, which is about 45-60 minutes away by car or AirTrain. Cab fares, however, will cost around $90USD, plus an $8 toll.

The NYSE is also easily accessibly by car, taxi, subway or train.

By subway, take the 2/3 to Wall St.; 4/5 to Wall Street/Broadway; J/Z to Broad St./Wall St.; R/W to Rector St.

If you are taking PATH, take Hoboken-World Trade Center or Newark-World Trade Center.
