LinuxCon and CloudOpen offer plenty of opportunities to network and socialize with attendees outside of the conference sessions…plus some added fun too!

Tuesday, August 28th - 6:00pm to 9:00pm
Join fellow attendees for pre-conference networking on the rooftop of the Andaz San Diego hotel in the Gaslamp District. Be swept away by the stunning city views and incomparable cuisine of this luxurious outdoor dining spot. Buses will depart the Sheraton from the Grande Ballroom Foyer between 5:45pm and 7:15pm. Conference badges are required, as is ID for those who would like to drink.

Wednesday, August 29th - 6:30pm to 10:00pm
Beginning with a unique way of arriving at the reception (a 10 minute boat cruise across the bay straight from the hotel to the restaurant!) this event is sure to provide an awe-inspiring experience. Enjoy beer tastings from local breweries, your favorite arcade games and amazing views of downtown San Diego. Annual TAB elections will also take place onsite!  Meet in the hotel lobby between 6:00pm and 7:15pm to be escorted to the boat dock. Be sure to bring your conference badge, ID and your smartphone if you'd like to participate in the beer station voting polls.

Thursday, August 30th - 6:30 to 10:00pm
Venture over to Coronado Island to enjoy this event at the historical and famed Hotel Del Coronado. A beachfront reception is sure to please with sunset ocean views, sumptuous cuisine and stunning entertainment! Buses will depart the Sheraton from the Grande Ballroom Foyer between 6:00pm and 7:15pm. Conference badges are required, as is ID for those who would like to drink.
