Vaidy is a kernel developer in IBM's Linux Technology Center and
technical lead for the energy management kernel work being done in
Bangalore, India. His work include analyzing and improving energy
efficiency of Linux in enterpriser servers. He has contributed to
maintenance and enhancements of the multi-core power saving heuristics
in Linux scheduler apart from initial prototype work on cgroups' memory
controller kernel features. He has a masters degree in electrical
engineering, around 9 years of system programming experience and good
platform knowledge on IBM server hardware. His interest include
computer architecture and performance analysis.Sessions |
