The Linux Storage & Filesystems Summit is a small by-invitation summit which focuses on collaboration and implementation. It brings together developers and researchers who work with the Linux storage and file system stacks. Discussion focuses on current problems and upcoming technology which will arrive in one to two years. The summit takes place over two days and is made up of separate storage, file system and memory management tracks, combined plenary sessions, and hands-on development sessions.This year, the Linux Storage and Filesystem Summit will be held the two days after The Linux Foundation Collaboration Summit in the same location.
