DuckTales Remastered Announced, First Trailer and Screens Revealed – “Woo-oo!”

DuckTales is making a comeback to home consoles this year

Let the nostalgia overtake you as Capcom has announced that three retro classics are making a return this year. Those games include, Dungeons & Dragons: Tower of DoomDungeons & Dragons: Shadow over Mystara, and DuckTales. Yes, DuckTales! Originally released for the NES in 1989, DuckTales became the benchmark for platformers soon thereafter. This new remaster of the classic follows the adventures of Scrooge McDuck as he explores different worlds to do what else, other than collect treasures for his big money bin!

DuckTales Remastered, being developed by WayForward, has been significantly enhanced in the gameplay, graphics, and sound. New tutorial modes and leaderboards are also added to the remake. What’s more, the original Disney Character Voices talent, including some from the cartoon, are featured in the game.

DuckTales Remastered is scheduled for a digital download release on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Wii U this summer.
