Conjoined twins at home after successful separation

In July 2012, a team of specialist paediatric surgeons and anaesthetists at Great Ormond Street Hospital undertook a challenging operation to separate conjoined twins, Ruby and Rosie, who were joined at the abdomen. The twins, who are now 12 weeks old, are back home with their family.
