Judge: Sharon Osbourne

In May 2012, Sharon Osbourne returns for her sixth season on "America's Got Talent," NBC's number one hit reality competition series, which is responsible for bringing the variety TV format back to the forefront of American culture. Osbourne got her start as one of television's favorite talent judges during her four-year stint on the original UK version of "The X Factor," working alongside fellow judge Simon Cowell.

Beyond her primetime duties on "America's Got Talent," Osbourne continues to be busy on her other high profile network television job as one of the hosts of CBS' popular day time talk show, "The Talk." The show examines topical events and contemporary issues through the eyes of its five female hosts. Well into its second full season, "The Talk" continues to establish a strong profile in daytime. Based on the show's creative and ratings growth, "The Talk" was recently picked up for the 2012-2013 television season.

In addition to being an acclaimed TV personality, throughout her career Osbourne has also been immensely successful as a manager, mother, author, producer and philanthropist.

Her accomplished career in the music industry has spanned more than 30 years. As a manager, Osbourne has overseen numerous successful artists' careers, including Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne, Smashing Pumpkins, Electric Light Orchestra, Motorhead and Slade, among others. In 1996, she created and produced OzzFest - the biggest and most successful hard rock touring festival in America. In 14 years, the landmark festival attracted more than six million attendees and broke the careers of many artists.

In addition, Osbourne is credited with creating and producing the first celebrity reality TV show, "The Osbournes," which had an illustrious run on MTV. In 2002, "The Osbournes" went on to win a primetime Emmy for "Best Reality Show."

Osbourne is currently the voice of "Mama Hook" on Disney Junior's number one show "Jake and the Neverland Pirates" and she recently filmed a hilarious cameo on NBC's hit primetime comedy "Up All Night." Some of Osbourne's other notable television appearances include hosting "The American Music Awards," along with appearances on "The Celebrity Apprentice" and "Days of Our Lives."

Osbourne is also a successful author. Her first autobiography, "Sharon Osbourne Extreme: My Autobiography" sold over two million copies in Europe; it was followed by her subsequent autobiography, "Sharon Osbourne Survivor: My Story - The Next Chapter." Her third book, the fictional "Revenge" - about the competitive relationship between two sisters - debuted at #7 on the UK charts.

Lastly, having survived colon cancer, she started the Sharon Osbourne Colon Cancer Foundation in association with Cedars Sinai Medical Center. The Foundation's mission is to provide free screenings, support and healthcare to those who can't afford it and are afflicted with the disease.
