Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance will have DLC
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance will offer downloadable missions, Dengeki PlayStation reports. According to Siliconera‘s translation, DLC will include VR missions – a franchise staple – as well as side-stories about other characters. It’s not clear if this means you’ll be able to play as someone besides Raiden. No date or pricing details were given, and western release has not been confirmed. Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance arrives on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in the US on February 19, in Australia on February 21 and in Europe on February 22.

Netflix app unlocked this weekend for Xbox Live members
Microsoft has announced it will unlock the Netflix app, so all Live users with a Netflix subscription can watch, and watch some more this weekend. The the unlocking is to celebrate the debut of the Netflix original series House of Cards starring Kevin Spacey. Also this weekend, Live members can access Hulu without a subscription to Hulu Plus. NASCAR The Game: Inside Line getting Gen 6 vehicle DLC
Eutechnyx and Activision have announced new DLC for NASCAR The Game: Inside Line. The DLC contains Gen 6 cars from the NASCAR circuit, including the Chevrolet SS, Ford Fusion and Toyota Camry models for first time. Players will be able to use these new cars online and in selected single-player modes, as well as with the upcoming Inside Line Highlights series of in-game DLC packs to be sold separately. These packs “utilize telemetry data from actual NASCAR races to let players relive and rewrite race events just as they unfold for real,” said a joint statement. The NASCAR Gen 6 cars will be available for PS3 and Xbox 360 later in February.

GTA 5 delay causes stock in Take Two to fumble
In the wake of news that GTA 5 has been delayed from spring into September, the market freaked out a bit, causing stock in Take-Two to fall 7.96%. The market fluctuates, however, and now stock in the firm is only down by 6.47% – so expect it to change again soon. When NASDAQ opened, stock in the firm was trading at $12.99, and now its down to $12.23. Market Watch also reports that shares in GameStop took a tumble with the news as well, falling by 1.7%.

Battlefield 3 trailer shows off End Game content
A video for the End Game pack for Battlefield 3 has been released. The expansion contains dirt bikes and other new lightweight AA vehicles, and the classic Capture The Flag game mode is also back for the attack. A new dropship will allow for rapid deployment air drops of troop transports, and four maps round out the areas in which you can shoot things. The pack was detailed a bit more in a previous post yesterday. End Game is expected in March, and is the last pack of DLC for the shooter before DICE starts focusing on a new game in the series.

Deep Silver will publish Grasshopper Manufacture’s Killer Is Dead in Europe, according to an announcement from the firm. The Suda 51 title, now owned by Japanese publisher GungHo and XSEED will be published the title in North America it has been confirmed. Killer is Dead launches this summer on PS3 and Xbox 360.
