Plague Inc. Necroa Virus Expansion Pack Goes Live
It was only a matter of time before Ndemic Creations unleashed zombies within its mobile and tablet game, Plague Inc. That said, the deadly Necroa Virus finally made its long-awaited debut on iPhone and iPad. Not only will it transform humans into undead, flesh-eating monsters, but players can also customize the virus with five new genes in the battle against Z Com, the proverbial last line of defense.
There's more of course. The developer added a population percentage bar to let players check a country's status. A new DNA animation, meanwhile, allows users to see how much they've collected.
In addition, players can expect new achievements, news updates, language support (Spanish, Portuguese, French and Italian) and a variety of bug fixes, including one involving the Metabolic Hijack gene.
Regardless of whether you're over the zombie craze, we have a good feeling the Necroa Virus improves an already stellar video game.
