Angry Birds Toons Series Debuts March 16

With the Angry Birds movie a few years away, Rovio hopes to keep interest levels high with Angry Birds Toons, a brand-new animated series that debuts the weekend of March 16. Little is known about the project, though fans can expect plenty of shenanigans involving not just the birds, but also the pigs. Over time, they'll find out why the Bomb Bird's so mad, how King Pig took the throne and whether those porkers will ever make off with the precious eggs.
