I love this game, and I’m pretty bummed it never saw the success it clearly should have had. I think it was best described to me as an entertaining dream which you don’t want to wake up from because it’s so insanely well put together with things that don’t quite work like intended.

The car driving is fun, but controls are janky as hell. Like most of the game actually, but I still love it.

Mass Effect Trilogy:
It’s Star Trek, mixed with Star Wars – on my Xbox (or PC, or PS3). Pretty epic story to play through and see concluded (I had no issue with the endings)

My only gripe was they ditched the grain filter post ME1.

Dark Souls:
I blame CoffeeJezus, Foxmcloud555, Nipah and Dave Tach for selling me on this game. And it’s marvellous. At 60 hours I haven’t scratched the surface at all!

After the long wait for Aliens Colonial Marines many people will be very cautious before touching another long gestating Gearbox title that doesn’t have Borderlands on the cover.
