I can't log on with my old DVDTOWN.com account. Why is this?
This is because Movie Metropolis requires you to create a new account. It is not possible to transfer your account to the new site. You can create a new account here: http://moviemet.com/user
What happened to all the titles I added to my collection on DVDTOWN.com?
If you want to transfer your collection to the new site you need to do the following:
1. Create a new account on Movie Metropolis.
2. Send your new username to collection@moviemet.com
3. We will then contact you on how to proceed. Please note that we will not be able to start the process before late March 2012. We are VERY sorry for this.
