    Ohio gas prices still rising

    Ohio gas prices still on the rise, 29 cents higher than 2 weeks ago

    COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) -- Ohio gas prices are still rising.

    The average price for a gallon of regular gas in Ohio was about $3.57 in Monday's survey from auto club AAA, the Oil Price Information Service and Wright Express. That's a nickel higher than a week ago. Prices have gone up 18 cents in the past two weeks in the Buckeye State.

    The state average is slightly under the national average of about $3.59, which is 7 cents higher than a week ago. The price in Ohio is about 29 cents higher than the same time last month.

    Experts say prices are continuing to rise because of solid economic recovery in China and the U.S. and other factors.

    The lowest average price in Ohio Monday was about $3.52 in the Dayton area.

      I reckon by this article we should be looking for better ways to botch up the economy a bit so gas prices will come down ????? Or........eliminate "other factors" ???? OK........Bush is gone.......the POTUS says "we're drilling now more than ever and have butt-loads of reserves" .....so.........let's have some specific "other factors".

      Cheap gas in future lie $ 2 per gal? Forget it, and stop listening to liberal promises. Gas prices will never be very cheap, but will be sky high in the future. OPEC nations and Russia will prosper due to it.

      They are higher here in Michigan, they had finally dropped back to where they were before they said some accident had happen to a pipeline now they jumped back up to $3.89. We got a break for a whole two weeks, thank you all for voting Oboy back and not getting that pipeline.
