    Kim Kardashian Wins Big in Divorce Battle With Kris Humphries

    On Friday, a Los Angeles judge ruled that her divorce case against Kris Humphries must go to trial as soon as possible, with the next available time slot being May 6.

    The NBA forward has been trying in vain to postpone all proceedings until after the basketball season is over in June … meaning his ex would have to be deposed by lawyers about the same time she'd be set to give birth to her first child with Kanye West.

    But that won’t be the case, thanks to Superior Court Judge Stephen Moloney.

    Neither Humphries nor Kardashian was in court, but Moloney told Humphries' lawyer Marshall W. Waller -- the same one who tried to quit on Thursday! -- that he and his client had more than enough time to gather their case by May.

    In her final remarks to the judge, Kardashian lawyer Laura Wasser said she felt that Humphries' side "were on a broad fishing expedition" in an attempt to prove that the 72-day marriage, which ended in October 2011, was a fraud.

    The question of the union’s validity was reportedly the reason Waller tried to drop Humphries as a client yesterday following an "irremediable breakdown" of their relationship after disagreeing about their strategy. Humphries is seeking to have the marriage annulled rather than dissolved via divorce.

    Last month, Kardashian filed a request that divorce proceedings be rushed because she is expecting. "I do not want to be married to [Humphries] when I have my baby," she stated in the motion. "I am requesting the status of my marriage be determined now for not only my health and welfare but also for the health and well-being of my unborn child."

      Hmmm..... well maybe she shouldn't have gotten pregnant by a man she has dated for 6 months, while she is still legally married to another man!!

        @Meez Kim may have had her way by throwing her little trantrums in the past but I really hope this time she for once will be put in her place!! She thinks she can do wrong to someone and just walk away like nothing and its wrong!! She did Kris dirty and that marriage was based on lies and deception, he deserves to get the annullment, and if she is so in a hurry to move on in her life she should sign and move on, what is she trying to hide or protect if she did nothing wrong!! She is such a low life, low class chick!!

      Well if she were in Texas she couldn't get divorced until after the baby was born. I don't really feel sorry for her she should have thought about all of this before she married him.

      She should have thought about all of this before getting pregnant by one man and still being married to another!! She is a big girl and knows how to not get pregnant but I guess she gets her lesson in that from her sister!!

      This is not a "big win," but rather a normal docket scheduling procedure. If anything, KK lost. She didn't get the "rushed divorce" she asked for, but rather, will have to appear in a trial, on the stand, while very, very pregnant...That's not going to go over well. It really doesn't matter if KH is granted his request for an annulment...it's going to be remarkable to watch, just like an imploding building!

      I swear that this is the very LAST time I will click on anything to do with a Kar"trash"ian! If we were all to do that maybe they would go away! They gotten rich over being pure trash, total lack of morals, compassion (or she would just agree to the annulment!!) and now she is "thinking" about doing a maternity line of clothes and photo shoots of her being pregnant? PLEASE !!! Give us a break!! She got pregnant on purpose (going to a fertility specialist) practically as soon as she and Kanye hooked up----at least wait until she was free....so now she is going to use her unborn child to get things her way......I hope Humphries gets his annulment, his ring back, and in general takes her sorry butt to the cleaners! He may not be any prize but he didn't deserve what the Kar"trash"ians have done to him, Kim went after him, used him and then split!
