CCAA’s Business Improvement Solution Workshops CCAA has developed a suite of training solutions to assist organizations with their day to day management strategies, safety management strategies, risk mitigation strategies and quality assurance. Each of these solutions was developed to assist organizations with implementing their Safety Management Systems. A Safety Management System (SMS) is a set of integrated work practices, beliefs and procedures for monitoring, supporting and improving the quality of safety and human performance in an organization. On-line course and exam
Recurrent Training is required every three years by Transport Canada. CCAA’s on-line course and exam, Human Performance in Aviation Maintenance (HPIAM), covers key components of HF training, including the “Dirty Dozen” (e.g., human performance, types of errors, susceptibility to errors, etc.). HPIAM exceeds Transport Canada’s requirement for recurrent training and provides a certificate e-mailed to the student immediately upon successful completion of the course.
