CCAA’s Business Improvement Solution Workshops

CCAA has developed a suite of training solutions to assist organizations with their day to day management strategies, safety management strategies, risk mitigation strategies and quality assurance.  Each of these solutions was developed to assist organizations with implementing their Safety Management Systems.

A Safety Management System (SMS) is a set of integrated work practices, beliefs and procedures for monitoring, supporting and improving the quality of safety and human performance in an organization. SMS assists organizations in recognizing the potential for errors and the impact these errors have on safety and the bottom line.  It also establishes robust defences to prevent errors from causing injury or accident.

CCAA subject-matter experts are industry-experienced individuals with in-depth knowledge and experience. Regardless of the size of your organization, our experts will help you identify and implement solutions that reduce error, increase safety, and provide a greater return on investment.”
