As far as I know that's how this game began life. The guy was trying to emulate the original GTA (with the Houser's permission) on a NES.

You have made a mistake with your verdict.

Why not full screen?


Help & Options - Settings - TV Simulation Mode - OFF

There are 8 TV simulation modes to choose from and 18 TV color modes.
The TV color mode option is worth checking out as it completely changes the look of the game.

Microsoft made a so called pricing mistake according to the dev on Twitter. Would love to know if he was reimbursed!

For real? That's crazy, wonder what gave him the idea to attempt to recreate GTA with 8bit graphics! I'm actually quite impressed, this guy is a genius. Makes the game even more intriguing.
