A bit different means cool. This one's OK. Alien vs. alien ...  Refreshing for sure.

Meh, wasn't impressed.

I care more about the TV series...The MMO game looks crap

I liked it, entertained me for 5mins.

I'm still pretty excited about this. I find it hard to believe that so much money would be invested into marketing a game (especially MMO) that's going to suck...

The acting on this trailer is abysmally flat, worst CGI and design of aliens I have ever seen, the whole thing reeks of fakeness and looks cheap.

I don't think this will help promoting the game much.. 

Yes, the show does look better then this because this had  half the budget Foward Until Dawn had. Did anyone stop and listen they played the cantina music from Star Wars in the bar personally I thought that was pretty funny. I also want to some ACTUAL footage of the game    

I hope the show looks better than this otherwise its not going to last long

Please explain to me... why does a VIDEO GAME need a fucking LIVE ACTION trailer? I swear, with every passing year, publishers become more and more ridiculous. Studios are being closed down, constant company layoffs, because they don't meet the publisher's expectations. Yet publishers throw MILLIONS on LIVE ACTION trailers. This is where the industry is heading, boys and girls. A bright future indeed.

Game tie ins to movies and tv shows never go well, with that said i expect nothing but crap from the game. so cant be disappointed if that is what you expect. On the other hand the series on syfy look promising

So the guy walks out of a bar full of aliens and then gets pissed at seeing an alien outside?

@Ledah You may say the game "looks" weak/uninteresting, however instead of looking at it you should try it out and play it.    As they've previously mentioned in dev diaries, it does rely on pixel-perfect accuracy when shooting as a Third Person Shooter.

   The game is not only skill based on that, but precision with a weapon (and perks that go with it) is increased only based on the increased use of said weapon (i.e. a guy who spends 20 days with a Sniper rifle is going to be far more effective with it than you picking it up for the first time).  That's similar to EVE Online's skill gain....though a bit more flesh out instead of "buy and forgot" real-life timers.

This game is something that fills a hole that Tabula Rasa left many years ago when NCSoft shut it down.  The only main difference is that EGO is cybernetic nero-implantation instead being magical like the Logos.

Man, things like this live action trailer are just going to inflate their budget without generating that much hype for the game in return. And then their sales might be decent but still not good enough to cover the costs of making things like this.

I gave away a EU beta key, because i didn't have any interest in the game myself. It just looks like any other average MMO these days.

I feel? like I just watched a mix of Star Wars scene on Tatooine in Mos Eislei's tavern and Chronicles of Riddick Female versions where they fight creatures straight out of Starship Troopers.  This looks bad as hell and the creatures look terribly fake.

I love how a lot of trailers for an MMO are pretty cool like the Elder Scrolls one. But when it comes to the gameplay it looks pretty weak and uninteresting. Way to hype the game out.
