Thirty-three years after Born Free, a new batch of Brits arrive in Africa to find themselves and save the wildlife.
Drifter Tony (John Michie) lands a job working for George (Richard Harris), who is convinced he can unite the wild prides by talking in proverbs and wasting poachers.
He has a point - we’re wiping out species to feed our designer figurine collections - but the sight of Harris lecturing lions in the nude backfires.
Still, there are some decent surprises, such as Honor Blackman’s dodgy accent and the pick-up line “Ever seen a lion’s penis?”
