If you realize the topic is about cores, then I brought the cost issue REGARDING to that. Kind of like how you brought the off topic issue. I hope your learning. 

@zpluffy @Auronvolgar look how the topic works, their is a topic here speaking about xbox 720, then all the users comment on this topic, and create new categories of this topic, when someone want to reply on an other person comment he must be on this kind of topic, not the general one that is xbox 720, if he wants to talk about something else, then he goes and make a new comment.

Here's a logical structure, you then respond,

"what? eeeer man i think that you out of date, about CPU, Intel has a  12 core CPU for desktops from 2011 and AMD just released a CPU with 16 cores and about Intel believe me 8 cores are common same for AMD"

So WITHIN that topic, I brought a new category to make a comparison that it's still more money wise for 720 because it would cost less even if you say 720's core will be outdated.

Strange how they keep putting so many CPU cores into XBox.  The 360 got 3 cores when 2 was pretty common.  Now 4 is common with a few desktops running with 6 and the XBox gets 8.

Still, the big news for me is DirectX 11.1.  Tesselation is on the way!  No more perfectly flat polygons with a "rough stone" paint job on them!
