The Economy Designer at Bungie will develop a robust and rewarding game economy that drives player behavior toward intended goals and validate those systems through intense simulation, testing and iteration. Bungie is looking for an SDET to help our Test Team ensure the overall quality of our product. As a Performance SDET at Bungie, your responsibilities will include understanding that workflow and defining performance requirements and metrics for the game. Duties also include participating in feature planning and design/content reviews and writing and maintaining test applications and automated performance test suites.
You will manage a small test team and work closely with cross functional leads to determine critical performance data to measure, evaluate, and publish. You will work with the test team in helping research and foster white box testing and tool creation from the ground up.

The tester will be responsible for running BVT cases, with precision and accuracy. The position will perform tool bvts as well as game BVTs. Tools BVT work will require working in all content creator tools (Max, Maya, and proprietary Bungie Tools) and doing baseline tasks to verify the content creator workflow. The tester will be responsible for working with the lead to end-of-life old cases, and working with content creators to add new essential cases.
