I'm someone who wears and needs glasses (the needs part is important -- I’m looking at you, Russell Westbrook), and dealing with glasses in the sun is the worst part about needing them. It’s either wear no sunglasses and burn your retinas out, or put the contact lenses in with regular sunglasses. Nobody wants to mess with contacts unless absolutely necessary. Oh, sure, I could get prescription sunglasses, but I’d pay several hundred dollars and then promptly lose or break them.
Adlens came up with an inexpensive alternative to prescription shades. Each pair of the company's glasses can be adjusted to fit your exact prescription just by turning a dial. Sounds too futuristic and weird, right? Well, with The John Lennon™ Collection, it has put this technology in his distinctive round frames with several colors to chose from (don't worry, those adjusters on the side come right off). If form and function isn’t doing it for you, just know that for every pair you buy, Adlens will send a pair to Rwanda (which has four optometrists in the entire country). John Lennon would approve.
