Riding the wave of being the most sold game of last month, Warner Bros. has released two new character character packs today for LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes in the form of "The Heroes" and "The Villains" packs. Available on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, they will each cost $1.99 and add Nightwing, Katana, Shazam, Zatanna, Damian Wayne (the new Robin, Bruce Wayne's son), Bizarro, Captain Cold, Black Adam, Black Manta, and Gorilla Grodd.
I haven't checked LEGO Batman 2 myself yet, but I've of course played plenty of the LEGO games and am well aware the sheer volume of characters Traveler's Tales manages to put in each of the games. I'm sure this entry is no different, so it seems strange they're adding even more characters. Maybe these ones were originally on the chopping block? At least it's only $4 to purchase all ten characters. That's doable, right?
