RPGFan Soundtracks: Final Fantasy VII Chips
Something everyone always wants: MORE FF7!
10.09.12 - 12:29 AM

It is my distinct pleasure to announce that the theme for this week's reviews is one close to my own heart: Final Fantasy! Hot on the heels of the XI Chips album, Square Enix Music recently released a series of chiptune arrangement albums spanning VII through X. My fellow editors and I have had the chance to give all these albums a thorough listening, and for the rest of the week, we'll be bringing you our thoughts on them! It seems only fair to do things chronologically, so we'll start with Kyle E. Miller's review of Final Fantasy VII Chips! This iteration of the series has arguably seen more arrangement than any other, so can a fresh coat of retro keep things from getting stale? Check out Kyle's review for the details.

And be sure to check back throughout the week for reviews of the other three albums!
