ok insomniac i forgive you for this. now plz next R&C; game needs to have the single player of up your arsenal and the multiplayer of deadlocked. YOU CAN DO IT!

We don't want this, we want: An EPIC Ratchet & Clank-Campaign, a nice an not buggy multiplayer mode, a local-play co-op mode. If you guys would make this game u would make my year when/if such game come out.

PS: It would be awesome if u made it more Ratchet & Clank 3: Up Your Arsenal designed.

only the first R&C; for ps3 was ok, from All 4 one they killed that perfect game!!! why they r keep doing this with othertitles... like silent hill, resident evil etc??? MAKE A NEW GAME AND DONT DISTROY THE ONES WE LOVE!!!!! PLEASE STOP!!!!

IT IS $19.99!!!!!! It sells itself as a multi-player game. It costs a third of the price of a full game and has half as much as a full game. I like the math. It isn't crap and we were not dooped. You get what you pay for. In this case it is a multi-player game for a $20 dollar bill. Don't shell out for it if you want a single-player.

Seems like an incomplete game due to the absence of a main single player story-driven, campaign mode.

Ratchet & Clank are best at single player, multiplayer is a fun but inferior distraction.   But even I am kinda tired with the single player; time and thinking towards a new direction of SP is the way to go.   Give me back a game that's a pretty good 3D platformer, R&C; humor, and some good rethinks to the combat.   I'll buy that pretty fast.

this game is abig load of shit compared to the PS2 and the 3 first games that cameout for the ps3 which had a storyline!!! 

The first one released on PS3 was great.  Ever since, they decided to stop making R&C; in favor of R or C titles, then garbage and continued mediocre alternate versions of the franchise like this rather than making a solid title again.

Insomniac, please just make a classic single player Ratchet and Clank game.

What the hell happened to Ratchet? He looks different in an horrible way! I wish they would have kept the character model the same. 

When will they get back to making single player campaigns where you just control Ratchet and Clank????

I consider this game like a bad sign:  Kinda the dark clouds in the sky before a storm. So, is this game a middle step before we get a Ratchet & Clank MMO? 

I am not against games with multiplayer and I am only saying, in this case, that ripping the single-player campaign is a huge mistake.

I love Ratchet and Clank but honestly after All 4 one I was hoping they'd give the series a break before the next "Main" installment.  After playing the demo, I'm just not that overly excited for this title.

its just MP mode.. WHAAAAATTTTTTTTT ? this game is getting worse and worse each year.. 

I'm surprised that you dismiss the single player so much here, since that is the real meat and potatoes of this whole package. The multiplayer is throwaway. The single player is where the action is at. The story, characters, well balanced levels, exploration, and leveling all feel right at home in single player.

Multiplayer is just useless here. It's not very much fun against human opponents who cheat at every chance they can by exploiting the game. It's surprising to see you spend so much time on the multiplayer. It would be like writing a review on Assassins Creed 3 and spending the majority talking about its online mode. Nobody buys Assassins Creed for its multiplayer, and absolutely nobody buys a Ratchet & Clank game for its multiplayer either.

I was bummed that they moved so far away from what everyone loves about Ratchet in this new game. This is two games in a row that don't come anywhere close to matching the absolute brilliance of A Crack in Time, but I still had fun with it nonetheless. It's a solid single player game, and it will last you about 6 hours for your $20. As long as you don't mind the tower defense spin, you'll get some good mileage out of the game.

Just don't bother with the throwaway multiplayer. Stick to the single player campaign.
