I think i might go for this on Wii U over my 360 having it play on the pad would be ok and a game with long multiplayer life will make me feel i am getting good use out of the machine but mainly i get the impression i will like the people (community) online more.

I also have this game for both wii u and ps3. Playing on the wii u pad is not as bad as one would think. Infact I prefer the tab then the new pro control.

who wants to play this awesome game on a big, clunky tablet?  I'm just saying....

I'm really impressed with how well the Wii U version is compared to the other versions. I have this game for both the Wii U and the PS3 and I actually like the Wii U version alot better. But like previous comments say, the online community is very small at the moment. That's the only thing holding this game back. But I think over time the community will pick up.

I have it and it is fun.  The review is spot on.  The only thing really holding this back is the lack of an online community.  I feel that will come with the passing of the holiday season.

Good to hear there's no glaring issues

Why is it that EA is the only company who is able to make solid mutli-platform titles on the Wii U, at launch?

I meant Activision, not EA. lol

@Ishiban EA didn't make solid multiplats though. EA and WB dropped the ball on this one.

@GameBeaten Do you want to play a lot of multiplayer? I'd go for the PS3 version, because there are more people playing it.

@Chris_Watters Sure, the PS3 version would be better for online, but I hardly play online anyway. However playing with the gamepad on Wii U can be useful in a given situations. Plus if I played online with the Wii U I'd just go into Team Deathmatch anyway because that's mainly all I ever played in previous COD's.

Just glad to hear Black Ops II has no real flaws in the Wii U version because I may just get it for Wii U for the sake of having another Wii U game. It evidently appears to be a better FPS choice than ZombiU.

@GameBeaten If you're content with the occasional TDM match online, then the Wii U version will suit you fine. And yeah, the gamepad functionality is pretty cool, and definitely useful if you have other people in your household vying for TV time.
