Sadly yes. This forum layout is perfect and I'm afraid it will become a huge cluster of garbage like every other forum on the internet. It's so appealing to the eye, opposite of other forums.

I hate how other forums have really complex steps to complete simple actions. This site is really clean and presentable, less is more.

I agree Muffin! I like how it currently is! The background colors aren't stressful on the eyes, and it's easy to navigate.

I'm expecting the web design of Bnet to change, but I'm hoping that it won't change to the point where I can't recognize some of the old Bnet anymore.

I made a quick mock up of how I would like things to look. It has a few new things but keeps to the same 'style' that we have now.

Image Preview.-No title bars, instead only simple prefixes. (More added though).
-Profile stats. A page where you can see how many posts the user has made and what 'medals' they have earned.
-Red/Yellow/Blue. Where the users 'medals' would appear. Only shows 3 but you can choose which ones.
-Star 'Favorite' posts just like you can with threads. That way you can save important' funny posts without filling up your bookmarks.
-Like button. Allows users to like a post/thread.
