Brainiac1988, seriously, this game is the last thing you want as a history lesson, the people and places may be real, but the whole thing is convoluted beyond recognition.

daniel_meigh 8 pts

they should have gone straight from 2 to 3. not throw in 2 bullshit games inbetween

rileypoole1234 51 pts

Holy nuts this looks awesome. All of the other games are fantastic, the story is great, and the locations are amazing. This won't disappoint.

I lost interest in this franchise after AC2. The milked the ezio thing and it put me off big time. Now this has come a long and i'm only slightly interested to be honest. It looks like it can work. But the overblown patriotism is putting me off. Still hoping for French Revolution AC. Now that would be awesome.

brainiac1988 55 pts

its getting more and more like a fun history lesson!

ive been playing since part 1. this is gonna be sweet

Assassins creed for me is like a really good tv show, you have a great season 1 and you anticipate for season 2, and when that's good you cant wait for the next. This is one of my favorite games, and hope the makers don't disappoint.

Manhasted 13 pts

Seems like a game can be released every year...if it's done right. Besides that it's actually pretty educational

pcostix 88 pts

TBH I donn't have the strenght to beat another AC...

Just finish the plot already, and move to another IP.

warhawk-geeby 327 pts

Hahaha..

Was going to comment on the most anticipated thing but it seems everyone else is doing it.

I'm more excited for Worms Revolution personally..

"One of the most anticipated games in gaming history" GUYS this isnt far off. A lot of people that stopped playing right after AC2 are now coming back to play the true sequel. People that have never even touched the franchise have been preordering like crazy. Not to mention the AC series is a lot bigger in europe than it is here in the states. So just because you're not interested, doesn't mean millions of others aren't, making it a very anticipated game.

One of the most anticipated games in gaming history? A bit of an overstretch...

gamefreak215jd 46 pts

best assassin's creed yet, no doubt.wheat first i did have many doubts about it ,or actually two major doubts:whether we will still get to use the double blade and regarding the cities whether we will have more than one city and whether the city looks awesome.now everythings clarified.

splinter10 155 pts

gamefreak215jd Best AC yet? So you've played it from start to finish have you?

tightwad34 354 pts

I am glad I have barely paid any attention to all the stuff they are spilling about this game. If I did, I probably wouldn't even need to play it, he. That would save me some time, though.

paulsifer42 33 pts

Just once, I'd like to hear a dev say, "You know, if you're new to the series, this isn't a great place for you to jump in. You probably won't enjoy it without playing the others."  Game looks great though.

Panda-Pat 52 pts

I have a strong feeling that the naval stuff will be like the den defense in ACR ... completely boring and usless .... but the pros still outweigh the cons

gamefreak215jd 46 pts

Panda-Pat no it does seem better than den defence.

Being someone who knows very, very little about the American Revolution, I'm looking forward to experiencing the historical plot as well as the fictional ones.

Speaking of which, I'm kinda worried that they haven't shown or even mentioned ANYTHING to do with Desmond. Considering that this should be his most important chapter so far (maybe even his last one) it's a little odd not to have heard anything about it. Especially considering how much he was included in the AC:R trailers...you know, because nothing actually happens.

couchtater12345 26 pts

ambitious, we'll see how it turns out

Assassin's Creed and Assassin's Creed 2 were both great games but i thought that brotherhood and revelations weren't very good, i didnt nearly enjoy them as much and i was kinda disapointed that i havent been able to play a good assassin's creed game in like 3 years so thank god there finally realising Assassin'c Creed 3 because this game looks amazing way better then any other game in the assassin creed series, cant wait.

Is it me or....it looks great?   Ok Ubisoft, shut up and take my money, as they say.

SavoyPrime 235 pts

Only about a month longer to go until release. Can't wait!

BrunstigElg 7 pts

Personally, i think that you should begin with AC1 (though it can get pretty repetitive) and then go on with ac2 etc. etc. The story is by far the best thing about assasins creed and if you play them in the wrong order, you will miss some of the twists and surprises in the story... I would say that you should play them all in the right order... They´re all worth the time and money! and ezio´s story is fantastic! but yeah... play them in the right order... you will thank yourself for it afterwards :)

Diet_z_Dan 5 pts

to be fair you don't need to play the other games to know connors story you would need to have played the other games to know desmonds story

TheAlmightyCow 16 pts

05:57 "If you haven't played any Assassins Creed before, this is a really good point to get onboard." I thought this was the last AC? :I Seems like they are just going to simplify the story and milk it. :I

gamefreak215jd 46 pts

TheAlmightyCow who said this is going to be the last AC game.

nickyparmar92 13 pts

The only part I did not like about this video is when the guy said this is a great time for a new player to join in on AC3. You can't jump into this game having no played AC1 and 2, even brotherhood which is very important as well. I hate when game developers try to boost their potential sales by saying crap like that because they know it's not true, that the story of the game matters and someone who does not know the whole Absterdo Desmond Templar Illuminati  type of situation will be saying what the hell is going on. You have to have played AC1 and AC2 to get this game, at least AC2.

Azuresky522 5 pts

They showed the chase breaker, stalking zones, dynamic weather, city animals, and more NPCs than any AC game before this. What more do you expect from a preview?

endorbr 1308 pts

I love that the guy says "a new fresh feeling to the gameplay inside of the cities" and then you immediately see Connor jump into a canvas covered enclosure that looks like it's right out of every other AC game.

JJB03 64 pts

endorbr well its still an assassin's creed game it will stil have that stuff but now it has so much more ontop
