UBM Tech's Game Network is looking for a passionate, tech savvy Program Manager to manage the full life-cycle of project deliverables for GDC Vault and Black Hat Vault alongside operational functions for other online brands including Gamasutra.com. This individual will own project management of web feature enhancements (working directly with development team and designers) and business operations across online Game Network brands.
Job duties include:
: Own life-cycle of capturing content onsite for GDC Vault, getting the content live and project managing all web product improvements
: Report and track bug fixes to completion through development teams
: Manage processes for releasing/promoting featured videos across editorial and content teams
: Vault Operations - pulling reports, answering questions from sales, making content free, providing access to internal folks, etc.
: In conjunction with Project Manager build out and execute on Black Hat Vault for 2013
: Provide product feedback (approve copy and design specs) to Marketing for all Vault Marketing outreach
: Scope, produce, test, and deliver site features and enhancements on a project by project basis – Gamasutra.com (and all online properties)
: Business Operations – Gamasutra.com (and all online properties)
: Manage Customer Service Operations across all online products
: Reporting metrics and traffic across all sites (weekly, monthly and quarterly)
: Conduct research and gather business intelligence on a project by project basis
: Execute on social media campaigns across all online brands
