in reality it's not going to be 14W/0W, but rather something more like 8W/6W for the duration of the test

well the task is performed the entire time, but the mix of transistors switching creates an average of 7W

that would be correct only if the browsing benchmark was 1 second long and had a 50% duty cycle at 14W and 50% at 0W
also, feeling quite podcast-ey, still have a lot of CES stuff to get off of my chest. I should also probably write my thoughts on CES piece
