Despite their utility and ubiquity, there's no denying that the iPad's camera is slightly limited in terms of the type of pictures that it can produce. Sure, there are plenty of apps to address this shortcoming, but all of these apps are limited by the iPad's native camera lens.

Best Buy has removed any doubt that it's intent on going toe-to-toe with Apple and Amazon in the tablet market this holiday season. After unveiling its in-house Insignia Flex tablet earlier this month, a source familiar with the US retailer recently announced that Best Buy would sell the slate for $239 - $259.

Could this be it? Could this be the last iPad Mini story that we need to preface with the word rumour? Apple's press conference is tomorrow, and it's widely believed that the smaller iPad is finally going to see the light of day.
