ABERTIS (ABE.MC)

Spanish infrastructure firm Abertis is studying a restructuring plan aimed at boosting growth in its five main business areas. [ID:nLDE71M07G]

The Spanish bank is in talks to sell its securities settlement and custodian departments, Expansion reported, citing unnamed sector sources.

FERROVIAL (FER.MC)

IBERDROLA RENOVABLES IBR.MC
