Players take your marks and get ready to race through space in Prope's interactive action-packed adventure, Let's Tap: Tap Runner. Previously released on the Nintendo Wii, Let's Tap: Tap runner offers players 16 stages across 4 tiers with stages 1-4 open from the beginning and the rest is unlockable with achievements.
The controls for this game are vibration based and it is advised that players should find something like a tissue box to rest their iPhone on during game play to get the best results. In order to gain speed and make your character run, players must tap quickly and softly on the table and to jump over obstacles players must tap down hard. There are also two other control schemes for players to choose from (tap screen and freestyle mode) and players can also adjust the sensitivity if they find external environmental factors are interfering with the game play. Currently however, there is no multi-player mode available for this game and player's cannot listen to their iTunes library in the background.
Both the graphics and sound effects for this game have a bright and futuristic feel to it and the interface design is highly recognisable for those who were previously fans of the Sonic series as elements of Yuji Naka's work really shines through in both the game art and gameplay.
Let's Tap: Tap Runner is both a highly addictive and entertaining game that brings something fresh and exciting to the racing style genre and will have players of all ages racing back for more.
