Turner Broadcasting System's Animation, Young Adults and Kids Media (AYAKM) group promoted Jason DeMarco, a former producer for Cartoon Network's Toonami programming block, to vice-president of strategic marketing and promotions for Cartoon Network and Adult Swim. He will be responsible for "creating and executing promotional marketing programs that grow each network" and "supervising AYAKM special events and trade marketing activity, including the Cartoon Network and Adult Swim Advertising Upfront programs."
In addition to being a producer of several animated titles on Toonami, DeMarco was a senior writer and an associate creative director for Toonami/Miguzi.
