According to Klingons, vengeance is a dish best served cold. But how should we serve revengeance? Over a bed of grilled artichokes? In a sesame seed bun? Or perhaps with a thick dressing of insight and frivolity, prepared by two men wearing headset mics who are absolutely nuts about melons.
Our latest video exclusive sees Matt and Log going head to head with Metal Gear Rising, the game Kojima Productions failed to make which was saved by a last minute appeal to Bayonetta developer PlatinumGames. There's much to discuss - insertion sequences, VR cubes, Raiden's cyborg underbite - but the key thing is cutting. There are very few things that can't be sliced and diced in Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. The incredibly verbose script appears to be one of them.

That looks fantastic! Not quite sure about the MGS-style cutscenes in what is supposed to be a high action game, but I'm quite excited for this now. With this, DmC and Anarchy Reigns, I'm going to be a very happy twitch gamer in early 2013.
