Leading free-to-play community-based mobile MMO game developer,
Machine Zone, has tapped Sim Dietrich as Senior Technical Director
of Graphics Technologies. In his new role at Machine Zone, Dietrich
will head-up the client side of the platform team, helping to
deploy a faster and more scalable development cycle. Dietrich joins
Machine Zone from OnLive, where he managed the platform, UI,
engineering and game performance teams.

Dietrich has nearly 20 years of experience in software
engineering, game design and 3D graphics technologies at leading
companies such as OnLive, Composite Studios, Intel Corp and NVIDIA,
where he developed and evangelized real-time graphics techniques.
He is the inventor and co-inventor of several patented technologies
surrounding low-latency processing, video processing, shading
languages and anti-aliasing.
