Justin Jordan Talks The Return Of 'Luther Strode'

"The Strange Talent of Luther Strode" was one of the best comics to come out last year. It was bloody, violent, gory, but most importantly, smart. Tradd Moore's art brought a kinetic energy to every panel, and Justin Jordan proved he has a great ear for dialogue and subversive superhero plotting. Thankfully, the adevntures of the massively mutated Luther is returning this December in "The Legend of Luther Strode" from Image Comics. We caught up with writer Jordan at the Baltimore Comic-Con to get an update on where we'll be seeing our favorite blood-drenched teen hero heading.

Jeff Lemire Reveals The Cover For The Final 'Sweet Tooth'

Are there more "Watchmen" comics on the horizon? We caught up with DC Comics Co-Publisher Dan DiDio at Baltimore Comic-Con and his answer was: maybe.

It all depends, he explained, on the sales of the collected editions of "Before Watchmen". In other news, there are going to be collected editions of "Before Watchmen," which "will sit side-by-side with the 'Watchmen' books". Here's the full scoop:

Mark Waid, Paolo Rivera And Joe Rivera Talk Their Harvey Award Wins For 'Daredevil'

It was a good night for Mark Waid and company at this weekend's Harvey Awards during Baltimore Comic-Con. Waid, artist Paolo Rivera and inker Joe (father of Paolo) Rivera took home "Best New Series," "Best Continuing Series," "Best Writer," and "Best Inker" prizes for their colorful, sprited reinvention of the adventures of "Daredevil".

Baltimore Comic-Con 2012: Tom Brevoort Reveals What It Takes To Be A Marvel Editor

One of the more unique events at this year’s Baltimore Comic-Con was a lecture given by Marvel’s Tom Brevoort - the same training lecture he gives to new, and up and coming Marvel Editors each year. Phil LaMarr Hosts The Harvey Awards

Every year at Baltimore Comic-Con, the Harvey Awards honor excellence in the comics industry in an intimate ballroom setting. Interestingly, both the Harvey Awards, and their San Diego equivalent, the Eisner Awards, were created in 1988 in response to the discontinuation of The Kirby Awards. But whereas the Eisners are initially chosen by a committee, then submitted for public voting, the Harveys are publically nominated through and through. Either way? It's mostly about the drinking. Baltimore Comic-Con 2012: How To Make Comics - The ComiXology Way!

Continuing our Digital Saturday here at Baltimore Comic-Con, we headed over to the “Making Comics The comiXology Way†panel, which of course, was about waffles. I don’t even know what that means, I’m exhausted and it’s only my second panel, so let’s get to the recap!

On the panel were founder of comiXology John D. Roberts, artist Reilly Brown, and writer Alex De Campi. Roberts opened things up doing a short presentation on the App, with a focus on their Guided View technology. He noted that as they were working on Guided View, they noticed some panels seemed to have seamless transitions.
