Distribution event for Legendary Pokemon Keldeo detailed

Distribution event for Legendary Pokemon Keldeo detailed photo

From August 27 to October 6, GameStop locations in the United States will be offering Keldeo for free to those who bring in their DS or 3DS with a copy of Pokémon Black or White. Drat! We'll have to leave the house! For Europeans, head over to Game or Gamestation between September 1 and October 11.

Interestingly, the Water / Fighting-type Pokémon gets a bit of an upgrade if you transfer it to either Pokémon Black Version 2 or White Version 2, once those games release in October. Doing so will give Keldeo the Secret Sword move, causing it to change into its Resolute Form.

The last time I played my copy of White, I was foolishly in the process of transferring all of my Pokémon from prior games so the latest iteration of the Pokédex could be filled out. That was ... an experience.

Legacy Comments (will be imported soon)

But I can see it's anus hole.
Yea Pokemon is taking a new... direction
I looked at the official Pokemon website and sweet lord! Who the hell designed it?

But on topic, I usually don't do these special events, because I either forget about them or they don't appeal to me (oh shiny Entei/Suicine/Raikou!).
Rule #36: No Unicorns.
What the fuck is that? An exhibitionist pony with a crazy flock of pompadours haircut?
That's one flamboyant pokémon, and look how inviting it is!
Black and White had some of the worst Pokemon in the series, imo. Diamond and Pearl was a lot better.
Diamond and Pearl was better. I logged in 400 or 500 hours into that game no joke. I'm not lying. I spent so much time into that game!

I hated White. Hell I didn't even finish it. I got to the 4th gym and just lost interest since it was the same old stuff Ive been playing. I also regretted choosing Tepig and the realizing that it was a girl. Now I'm thinking its going to evolve into some huge ass super sumo woman and it's just weird. So I stopped using her. The only thing that might get me into the DS again would probably be buying Chrono Trigger and The world ends with you.
Agreed that B&W; just didn't grab me. I don't think I even got to the first gym. I'm starting to think that half the reason I enjoyed new Pokemon games when they came out wasn't so much because it was a new Pokemon game, but because it was a new Pokemon game to have on my newer portable system.

If B&W; was for the 3DS I might be singing a different tune. I still just do not understand that decision. Yes, more people have DSes, but a new Pokemon game coming out right after the launch of the 3DS would have made the system's sales explode. Whatever.
@L3ED

There have always been plenty of stupid monsters. Hell, we've had sentient pokeballs and psychic eggs ever since generation one.
Really?

Rapidash is a majestic stallion with flames for a mane and tail, and it's a normal pokemon.

THIS horse on the other hand, is suppose to be Legendary, yet it looks so damn stupid it's sad.
Is it just me or are its hooves on backwards ?
We all knew they had to run out of good designs eventually, it was simply a matter time.

Of course now there's prolly gonna be shit like desk pokemon. Or chair pokemon. Or like... Monitor... Pokemon. Yeah, I'm just looking around my office.

*japanese man walks in and offers me a job to work on pokemon*
I'll never forget the first time i saw trubbish. Gave me a bit of a lol at a bag of trash pokemon, but then i saw its evolution and couldnt stop laughing and had to turn off my ds.

@azrabbit. I guess your right... Also i never understood how eggs turning into a palm tree.
Love the design of Keldeo. Why does everyone hate it so much? If it's because it's cute for a legendary there has always been cute legendary pokemon for every generation: mew, celebi, jirachi, shaymin, etc. Also, Keldeo has a badass resolute form.
@StrawberryMind

I don't think its hate as much as its just that the design is kinda funny.. I mean.. It basically looks like a horse that's trying to bring all the boys to the yard.
Who let bronies onto the pokemon design team. Please go.
