Capybara Games' rainbow barf-filled puzzle title Critter Crunch is set to arrive on Steam next week. When it drops this Tuesday, September 11, you'll be able to pick it up for PC and Mac for a cool $6.99.

There's support for a gamepad and the standard keyboard/mouse setup, plus versus and co-op online modes. What's more, PC and Mac players will be able to play with (and against) one another. I was afraid Critter Crunch would never make it to Steam, so this is great to hear.

Given how crisp the PlayStation Network release looked, I can only imagine how vibrant the game will be at high resolutions on a decked-out computer monitor. Also, that PC in the header image -- that's going to get some future use in the comments. I can feel it.

Legacy Comments (will be imported soon)

And this is how we remember 9/11?!
Got free on PS+ and it's a really good game. Spend your $6.99 confidently.
This is actually an iOS game, one of the early gems available in the App Store. Great game on any platform, as the later port to PS3 proved.
I already have this on PSN but I might get this for PC also for convenience.
@Stevil

Oh shit I just spit my coffee.

@news

God I fucking love this game! Got it on PSN and iOS, and I'll probably grab it here as well.
This game was impossibly hard towards the end. I won't buy it twice.
Loved my free time with it on PS+ will buy it for sure.

@Stevil
Yep this and Sons of Anarchy on 9/11. I feel dirty for being so happy.
@cimerians
I hear that! I can't beat the last stage to save my life.

Otherwise it's a damn fun game!
YAAAAAY! I've WANTED this game!!
BTW, Mark of the Ninja is my new XBLA jam!!!
I'm jealous Kwik. Very jealous.
YES YES YES

I used to pester them on their Facebook page and forums about bringing this to Steam. It's the only PS3 exclusive I've ever been genuinely jealous wasn't on PC. AND NOW IT WILL BE MINE.
This game is amazing. Most adorable throw up ever.
So, Bakewell lent his PC for the ad?
One of the nicest time-waster iOS games, but it would have to be a lot more complex to be of interest as a PC game...
I actually really liked this game on the PS3, and you can't go wrong for $7. I'll definitely be grabbing this.

Review: A New Beginning: Final Cut

I've just saved the planet, and I couldn't be less enthused about it. A New Beginning is a self-styled eco-thriller with a spot of time travel and science fiction thrown in for good measure. It launched in Europe a couple of ...   more
