Bahamut Lagoon, Fire Emblem Announced for Virtual Console
Two classics added to Japanese download service.
09.30.09 - 6:11 PM

Square Enix's Super Famicom title Bahamut Lagoon and the Famicom-based first installment of Nintendo's long-running Fire Emblem series, Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon are among the newest additions to Nintendo's Virtual Console download service. The former is already available for download at a price of 800 credits, whereas the latter is set to follow suit next month. As a Famicom title, the 19-year old Fire Emblem can be downloaded for 500 points.

The strategy RPG Bahamut Lagoon was originally released in 1996 by what was then still Squaresoft.
