Alabama had a flair for the dramatic back in April when it squeaked by Florida in the final event of the national championship meet outside of Atlanta. The Crimson Tide won its second title in a row.

Tying one of Bear Bryant's records at Alabma puts you in revered company. Sarah Patterson did that by winning her sixth national title in April. Now, the Alabama Board of Trustees are set to honor her.

During the 2012 gymnastics championship, the Crimson Tide quietly paid tribute to the victims of last year's tornado disaster. Several other Alabama student-athletes remember that fateful day.

Alabama overcame a slight deficit heading into the final event to squeak by Florida 197.850-197.775 and earn its second consecutive NCAA Championship and sixth all-time for the Crimson Tide.
