McClinton in attack mode

Florida’s Mann clinches .750 hitting clip against Alabama

When Kansas faced Kansas State for the first time as ranked opponents, Sarah McClinton was there to help give the Jayhawks the edge. She went for 19 kills with only one error for a .545 attack percentage, a career-best performance. In Kansas’ other matchup of the week. McClinton drilled 17 kills on 35 attempts with only three errors for a .400 hitting clip. She currently ranks fifth in the conference in kills per set at 3.36.
Stanford Athletics
Stanford middle blocker Carly Wopat averaged 3.10 kills and 0.90 blocks per set while hitting .422 in a pair of outings. Against then-No. 5 Washington, she had 15 kills and only had two errors marking a .382 attack percentage. Wopat led the team with 16 kills on a .467 hitting mark against Washington State, including seven blocks and six digs. 
Florida Athletics
Florida’s Chloe Mann led the Gators in both matches during the weekend, hitting .750 with 13 kills in the Gators’ 3-0 win against Alabama. In the comeback win versus Texas A&M that ended 3-2 in the Gators’ favor, she recorded 19 kills and six blocks. Mann had only two errors on the weekend, while hitting .566 with 32 kills.
