David Guetta single 'She Wolf (Falling To Pieces)' written for Cher

Sia Furler has revealed that she originally wrote her latest hit with David Guetta for Cher.

The singer teamed up with the French DJ for 'She Wolf (Falling To Pieces)', which served as the lead cut from Nothing But The Beat 2.0.



However, Furler has now admitted that the song was written with Cher in mind and branded the star a "Cher-wolf".

"I'm shocked she-wolf is doing well," Sia tweeted. "I wrote that for Cher. Can't you hear me giving my Cher? I'm giving it my Cher. I love Cher. It's so Cher!"

'She Wolf (Falling To Pieces)' has peaked at number eight on the UK singles chart and 13 on the US Hot Dance Club Songs tally.

Cher is currently working on her 26th studio album and is expected to embark on a new world tour with the collection.
