Paradox Endings
Hold up, buddy.
These additional endings offer alternative histories in the timeline. You’ll need the Paradox Scope Fragment skill to unlock them all. You can get the Paradox Scope after beating the last boss. But be aware that battles will be much tougher.
Each of these alternative endings require you to go close gates and re-do levels.
A Giant Mistake
Unlocked by defeating Atlas without weakening him with the switch in Bresha Ruins 005 AF
Mog’s Marvellous Flan Plan
Unlocked by defeating giant Giant Flan in Sunleth Waterscape 300 AF without weakening it by solving the paradox.
Beneath A Timeless Sky
Activate the Paradox Scope and replay from Academia 4XX to The Void Beyond where you control Serah who has been separated from Noel. When you fight against Caius the Paradox Scope will activate and it'll become a much tougher fight. It's arguably the toughest fight in the entire game.
The Future is Hope
You'll need to have finished the game before unlocking this Paradox. Activate the Paradox Scope and close the gate to Academia 4XX. Head in and deliver the cores to Alyssa making sure to not skip any of the cut scenes. When a Live Trigger activates refuse to take the fragment from Alyssa.
Fate and Freedom
You unlock this in The Void Beyond: New Bodhum. When Lightning asks you to stay with her in the Dream World, say yes.
Test Subjects
Unlocked by using Paradox Scope and beating fal’Cie in Augusta Tower 200 AF.
Vanille’s Truth
Unlocked by using Paradox Scope and defeating Caius in Oerba 200 AF.
Heir to Chaos
Unlocked by using Paradox Scope and defeating Caius in Noel’s dream version of Dying World during The Void Beyond Sequence.
