Does Amazon.com have an extended return policy for the holidays?

Yes. Items shipped by Amazon.com between November 1, 2012 and December 31, 2012, may be returned until January 31, 2013, for a full refund, subject to our other return guidelines listed in our Product Return Policies Help pages.

How do I return an item shipped by Amazon.com?

Visit our Online Returns Center to get a mailing label to return your item. NOTE: Return shipping may be deducted from the amount of your refund if the reason for your return is not the result of Amazon error.

How do I return an item shipped by a seller?

If you need to return an item that was shipped by a seller, please visit our Online Returns Center to submit a return request. For more details, visit our Seller Returns page.

I've returned my item; how soon will I receive my refund?

If you selected to receive an instant Amazon.com Gift Card refund, then a credit was instantly added to your Amazon.com Gift Card balance for use on your next order.

If you selected to receive an instant refund to your credit card, then a refund was instantly requested and will show on your credit card statement within 3 business days.

If you are returning the item for a refund to your original payment method, you should receive your refund within 2 weeks of the carrier having received your item.

If you shipped the item back to Amazon at your own expense, and the return is the result of an Amazon error, you will be refunded your shipping costs when we process the return. To prevent having to pay for the return yourself, please visit our Online Return Center to receive a pre-paid label.
